My pillow showed up within a week of me submitting my order and I was blown away by the end product. The pillow is made of high quality materials and my photo came out beautifully on said pillow. I went to the website to order a custom pillow using artwork created by my daughter who is a well known photographer in the Jackson Hole area. The process to upload and preview the pillow was simple and efficient. When I received the pillow the image did not turn out exactly as I thought it would so I reached out and was contacted by Ross Brown. Ross could not have been more accommodating and made it right. I was so impressed that I ordered a second pillow. The quality of the pillows is beyond my expectations, and I'm talking about the faux leather. It is so realistic and an excellent material that will last generations. I do think there is a genuine leather pillow in my future. I should point out that all of the images are printed on real leather. Bottom line, a quality company and product with exceptional customer service. You won't be disappointed in making a purchase.
