Tamara Ruiz

Tamara Ruiz is a contemporary artist who works in a number of mediums, primarily mixed-media. She is influenced by small towns, open prairies, and graffiti on trains which pass by her small farm in Nebraska. Tamara’s work combines vintage photographs and ephemera with modern aspects of paint and surface design. Her juxtaposition of the old and the new gives her work a contemporary twist.
