Artist Bio

Ric Genthe

Born and raised in southwest Wisconsin, Ric Genthe grew up appreciating the beauty of trout streams, rolling terrain, and the history of the Wisconsin Driftless Region. He has spent his career as an illustrator and art director for over 40 years. With his artistic eye for detail and composition, Ric discovered a passion for photography in his semi-retirement. Through his photography, Ric enjoys documenting the beauty of deteriorating, once-useful but now forgotten pieces, capturing the present and reminiscing the past.
